About

Hi, I'm your Wuhan connector.

I grew up in Wuhan and I know this city inside out — the history, the back alleys, the breakfast spots tourists never find.

But I also know the frustration of traveling somewhere where you can't read the signs, can't use the apps, and can't communicate with people around you.

That's why I started this. I connect international travelers with Wuhan's best local guides — a network built over 27 years in the industry — and I handle everything in English so you get the authentic experience without the stress.

How it works

  1. You tell me what you want

Dates, group size, interests — anything special.

  2. I design your itinerary

And match you with the right local guide.

  3. I coordinate everything

Before and during your tour, in English.

  4. You just enjoy Wuhan

Show up. The rest is handled.

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

Anything not covered? Just message me. I usually reply within a few hours.

Ask on WhatsApp →

Do the guides speak English?

Our guides are local Wuhan experts who conduct tours in Chinese. I handle all English communication for you — before, during, and after the tour via WhatsApp. You'll never feel lost or left out.

How do I pay?

I accept international bank transfers via Wise (USD, EUR, GBP, and most major currencies). A 50% deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour.

What if I need to cancel?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour. Within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. If we cancel due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund.

How far in advance should I book?

At least 2–3 days ahead is ideal. For cherry blossom season (late March – early April), book at least 1–2 weeks in advance — it gets very busy.

Can you arrange airport pickup or hotel transfers?

Yes — just ask when you get in touch and I'll include it in your booking.

Is Wuhan safe for tourists?

Absolutely. Wuhan is a major Chinese city with a very low crime rate. The main challenge is language — which is exactly what I am here for.

Can I pay entrance fees in cash?

Most major attractions now require mobile payment (WeChat Pay / Alipay). I will advise you in advance which sites need this and how to handle it — some accept foreign cards now.

What if something goes wrong during the tour?

Message me immediately on WhatsApp. I am available throughout your tour and will resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

What is a small group tour and how does joining work?

Our small group (join-in) tours have a maximum of 8 people. You book a spot individually and share the tour with other travelers. This keeps costs lower while keeping the experience personal and unhurried. Private group bookings are also available — just ask.

Do you arrange hotels?

Yes, for the 2-Day Deep Dive tour we offer optional hotel add-ons (3-star, 4-star, or 5-star). For other tours I am happy to recommend hotels in convenient locations — just mention it when you get in touch.
